Telegraph Newspaper Reports British Property Purchasers Returning to Spain

 
An article which appeared in the Telegraph newspaper at the beginning of April 2010, states that British buyers are beginning to return to property in Spain, reports House Sales Spain, the leading property portal for buying and selling Spanish properties (http://www.housesalesspain.com/).

The article, entitled 'Property in Spain: For the big prizes, hit the centre', highlighted the fact that some great property bargains are to be had in old Spanish towns throughout the country. These older towns have much to offer, providing a slice of real Spain alongside amenities such as shops, bars and restaurants, and many are within a short drive from beaches and the countryside. This is the case all over Spain. From Barcelona in the north to Tarifa at the southern-most tip of Spain, the Spanish propertiesfound in the old towns of Spain are both well appointed and handily located. This means demand for Spanish properties within them is increasing, particularly from British buyers who want to buy property in Spainwhich will hold its value over time and give them a piece of the Spanish life the Brits love so much.
