This plot of land is situated about 3 km from the medieval town of Calaceite, Aragon.  It is just off the main road and down a tiny road for about 2 km. It is green, lush land and the views are absolutely amazing as it overlooks a valley which includes beautiful vineyards. 

There is a very small ruin on the land that is totally overgrown but instead of renovating this, the owners have had an architect draw up plans for a one bedroomed villa.  Outline planning permission has been obtained for this.

The town of Calaceite is situated between the Matarrana and Alga valleys. It is a delightful town with many ancient buildings of great architectural value.
