This is a fantastic opportunity to buy an exclusive Spanish villa located in Torrequebrada.  This town is 4 kms from the famous Benalmadena Puerto, 7 kms from Fuengirola and 15 kms from both the inland Mijas town and Malaga Airport.  A little further away, 40 kms is Marbella and Puerto Banus, and Gibraltar 120 Kms. Torrequebrada hosts one of the best known golf courses in Spain.
 
The house itself is a large detached villa about 500 metres from the Western Mediterranean Seaboard with spectacular views from the front of the house. On exceptionally clear days the North African Coast can be seen along with Gibraltar, although the latter not from the house itself.

The villa itself is in a decidedly quiet and sheltered location but is only about 1 km away from the Benalmadena sea front with its infinite choice of bars, shops and restaurants and - very important in Spain - there are no empty plots adjacent to and, more importantly, in front of the house.
