This Beautiful Villa is located in the village of Villaverde about 15 mins from the popular resort of Corralejo and 30 mins from the Airport on the island of Fuerteventura. Corralejo can be seen from the villa and it is only 15 mins to the small coastal village of El Cottillo.

The front of the villa has a gated entrance with an 80 metre long tarmac driveway that leads to the double garage. Set in fabulous landscaped gardens with private swimming pool the villa consists of two levels and all furnishings and fittings are of top quality.

Top Level – 236m2

The top level has a sunken lounge with an open plan dining area and three large windows that boast panoramic views of Lanzarote, Lobos Island, Corralejo and partial sand dunes. Adjacent to the dining room is a fully equipped kitchen with utility room.

The villa has 3 large double bedrooms and all have fully fitted wardrobes. 2 of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, the main with a Jacuzzi, the second with power shower and there is a third family bathroom on the top floor.

To the rear of the villa are double doors leading on to a 150 m2 covered terrace area that is situated at the back and side of the villa and over looks some mature garden areas with established trees and plants. From this terrace you can watch the sunset in the evenings, the owner has taken some spectacular photos which are placed in the photo gallery.

Lower Level – 120m2

The lower level consists of an office area immediately at the bottom of the stairs and though a doorway leads into the games room with ample space for a living area. It has a water supply for the installation of a small bar, as a personal choice, and this room, as above, has the picturesque view of Lanzarote, Lobos Island, Corralejo and partial sand dunes.

There is a 4th bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower.  A double garage is to the opposite side of the bedroom with access from down stairs. The large windows down stairs have fitted electric security shutters.

Gardens & Pool

Steps lead from the top floor to the rear terrace and then further down to the large level garden area and the private swimming pool. This is split in two levels which you can see from the photo gallery, the raised terraced level at the deep end of the pool is approx 127m2 and the lower level 225m2 less the swimming pool which is approx 50m2.

The pool area also has a covered bar and toilet which is an additional 40m2 with a barbeque adjoined to the outside. This is a perfect place for entertaining family and friends. The swimming pool has a salt chlorinator for easier maintenance and its own pump house with good storage space for pool cleaning equipment.

Villaverde has one of the most popular restaurants in the north of the island called El Horno and there are more nice restaurants and bars to choose from so there is no need to drive into town to enjoy an evening out.
